There are many reasons to hope. Here we encourage and empower others to take charge of their own healing and wellness journey by creating what we call a personal operation service system (POSS). The process begins with a treatment plan or recovery plan from a healthcare provider or facility. Always ask for a copy of your treatment plan or recovery plan sometimes called a plan of care. If you are no offered one by your healthcare provider, ask for it. It is your right to have it. In some cases there is none and that is ok. You are the sole author of your POSS. I created my first POSS in 1999 when I decided I wanted to recover my life. I decided I would “Turn A Mess Into A Message of Hope” by helping me first and then helping others who I met along the way. As I begin to use the unique tools that I discovered while uncovering the secrets that had me on the run, I realized the very thing I ran away from kept returning until I faced it with professional help. When I decided to get professional help I met some of the most wonderful people who appeared to be waiting for me to show up. I worked with several key people, a therapist, a community support worker, psychiatrist, primary care doctor and a few psychologist among others just to name a few of them. I have been using my living plan ever since. This is what led to the “Living Bridges To Recovery” programs for people of all different age groups. I learned quite a bit between 2020 and 2024 that led to the creation of Open Doors To Living Bridges In Recovery for various health and human service settings. I’ve partnered with hospitals, schools, churches, residential communities, families, and individuals to cultivate and curate my practice. I’ve had multiple people tell me they were able to improve their lives as a result of working with me or based on a tip or unique tool they now have.
